Download the image pub module
Install and enable.
Go to admin/settings/image_pub download the file for xp
Edit the file and change

Run the file

Open windows image gallery
Select the pictures you want to publish.
Click print in the task bar above.
Select order prints from the dropdown.
Your site you ve added use the reg file will appear.
Select it and choose send pictures an confirm.
Log in to your site using a role which has the proper permissions (admin allways has).
Choose which gallery to upload pictures to or create a new one.

This is a very easy way for vista users to manage your pictures and upload them in batches to your site.
